The College of Business Administration is located on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
downtown campus between the Love Library and the prestigious Sheldon Art Museum.
CBA has grown to be the second largest college on campus with more than 3,000 students
attending classes and over 65 full-time faculty members.
Housed within the College of Business Administration are centers and programs that
receive national acclaim.

Student Body
The student body is richly diverse with approximately 10 percent from foreign countries.
Many College of Business Administration students are leaders in campus and community
organizations, participate in internship programs, and earn national and regional
honors within their disciplines.
The College retains close ties with professional and business leaders. Executives
from all around the world come into the classrooms to speak to students and student
organizations. Companies visit the college regularly to meet with faculty, attend
job fairs, and forge closer ties with the College. Many student organizations are
closely affiliated with professional and business organizations in the community.
- Nebraska's College of Business Administration (Lincoln) is ranked in the top 12% of the more than 500 accredited business colleges and in
the top forty of accredited public university business colleges in the 2007 U.S. News & World Report annual review of “America’s Best Colleges.”
- The College of Business Administration was a charter
member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 1916. The
College of Business was reaccredited by the AACSB in 2011. The College of Accountancy
within the College of Business Administration was separately reaccredited by the
AACSB in 2011.
- The Economic Education Program was ranked first in the
nation by The Journal of Economics Education.
- The MBA Program was named one of the thirteen most efficient
programs in the country by the Journal of Business and Management.
- The Center for Entrepreneurship was named best in the
nation by the U.S. Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and was
ranked the 33rd best program in the country by Success magazine.
- The Management Department was ranked in the top 50 management
departments in the nation by the Academy of Management Journal.
