Certificate in Finance and Accounting

Kickoff Webinar: March 9, 6-8 p.m.
Classroom: April 6-8, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in Lincoln

The Certificate in Finance and Accounting is a three day program to be held in Lincoln from April 6-8. It will also include a preliminary webinar that will happen March 9, from 6-8 p.m. This program will be blended at roughly 25% online work and 75% classroom work. There will be a total of 28 hours of instruction with the following intended learning outcomes:

Certificate in Sales Excellence

May 4-6 in Lincoln at the Innovation Campus

The Certificate in Sales Excellence is a three day program to be held in Lincoln from May 4-6. This program will consist of 100% classroom work with some preparatory work to be delivered online. There will be a total of 28 hours of instruction with the following intended learning outcomes:

  • • Increase understanding of your customer or client base and how to maximize sales through focusing on key accounts, rising stars and ideal customers

  • • Improve reliability and consistency of your sales forecasts through understanding your sales pipeline and improved sales funnel quality

  • • Create a sales budget and plan for your business for the following 12 months -- a "who, what and when" sales action plan

  • • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help drive success

  • • Learn how to set targets that align with your explicit and implicit incentive structures

  • • Create an actionable sales plan
