Programs

The Actuarial Science program offer degrees at both the Undergraduate and Masters levels. Undergraduate students can choose to either major or minor in Actuarial Science. The major may be attained through either the College of Business Administration or the College of Arts and Sciences. There is also the opportunity for advanced students to complete the 5-year Raikes School of Computer Science and Management Actuarial Science Major. Prospective students who are interested in Actuarial Science degrees may wish to consult as adviser regarding which track is right for them.

The Masters program in Actuarial Science is somewhat unique in that no previous course work in Actuarial Science is required. We accept students from many different undergraduate disciplines. The strength of our Masters program is just part of the reason the program has was designated one of the first Centers of Actuarial Excellence by the Society of Actuaries.
