Our intent is to support students, faculty, and staff so that technology tools are always available to help you succeed.
We are a technology team, each with different strengths and responsibilities, from our full-time folks to our
part-time student technicians. We ALL contribute to the Technical Solutions Center mission.

The Technical Solutions Center Help Center team is the primary point of contact for any questions or needs related to IT in the College of Business.
Staffed with engaged student employees and full time personnel, the Help Center is here to provide help for your technology needs. Focusing on
general technical client support, classroom support, break-fixing and answering general questions related to IT.
The Technical Solutions Center New Media and Digital Assessment team provides video production services and new media consulting for faculty and staff.
The team also maintains and supports the Center for Sales Excellence recording studio;
offering students the ability to have special presentations recorded for review by instructors.
The Technical Solutions Center Instructional Technology assists faculty with individual software applications and research databases, and mentor faculty on the use of instructional technologies including learning management systems and Microsoft office products. Additionally, the team designs, develops, and teaches student business computer applications and provides classroom instruction on course-specific software in order to teach students skills to complete course projects.
The ITS Projects and Infrastructure team provides consultation and leads new technology initiatives and projects for the College of Business. They maintain and administrate the current technology infrastructure by conducting preventative maintenance on college technology and partnering with university ITS on shared resources such as networking equipment and file storage. Additionally, the Projects and Infrastructure team is responsible for preparing and testing new equipment and computers before being deployed to the college.
ITS Web Design and Development designs and maintains the college website and applications, and generates special reports for college staff. We work closely with you to understand your needs and goals to help design the best website or application possible. Web Design and Development works closely with the Communications, Marketing and External Relations department to provide students, staff, faculty, alumni and others a visible and professional web presence.
The ITS Building and Receiving team oversees all aspects of building and receiving operations, to include assisting in the planning and implementation of the move to the new building, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, furniture needs, and mail operations.
ITS Recruitment Technology works with college personnel and university ASEM to maintain, manage, and provide
support for constituent relationship management. Whether your department needs to design a new campaign
for students, or want a tutorial on how to use the CRM, ITS Recruitment Technology is here to help.
