The goal of IT Services at the College of Business is to put the technology that you need into your hands. Our intent is to support students, faculty, and staff so that technology tools are always available to help you succeed. We are a technology team, each with different strengths and responsibilities, from our full-time folks to our part-time student technicians. We ALL contribute to the IT Services mission.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday
Summer Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday

The Technical Solutions Center Help Center team is the primary point of contact for any questions or needs related to IT in the College of Business. Staffed with engaged student employees and full time personnel, the Help Center is here to provide help for your technology needs. Focusing on general technical client support, classroom support, break-fixing and answering general questions related to IT.

New Media

The IT Services New Media team provides video production services and new media consulting for faculty and staff. The team also maintains and supports the Center for Sales Excellence recording studio; offering students the ability to have special presentations recorded for review by instructors.

Projects and Infrastructure

The ITS Projects and Infrastructure team provides consultation and leads new technology initiatives and projects for the College of Business. They maintain and administrate the current technology infrastructure by conducting preventative maintenance on college technology and partnering with university ITS on shared resources such as networking equipment and file storage. Additionally, the Projects and Infrastructure team is responsible for preparing and testing new equipment and computers before being deployed to the college.

Web Design and Development

ITS Web Design and Development designs and maintains the college website and applications, and generates special reports for college staff. We work closely with you to understand your needs and goals to help design the best website or application possible. Web Design and Development works closely with the Communications, Marketing and External Relations department to provide students, staff, faculty, alumni and others a visible and professional web presence.

Building and Receiving

The ITS Building and Receiving team oversees all aspects of building and receiving operations, to include assisting in the planning and implementation of the move to the new building, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, furniture needs, and mail operations.

The doors for the college will remain unlocked:
  • Monday–Friday 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday CLOSED EXCEPT VIA N CARD
  • Sunday CLOSED EXCEPT VIA N CARD
  • All active faculty and staff will be granted 24/7 N card access to the building
  • College graduate students and student workers may be granted 24/7 N card access at the discretion of their department by requesting it at After Hours Doors Access Request or for batch request, fill out the Building Request.
  • Undergraduate students who are taking a class listed in the college will automatically have 24/7 access to the building and the computer lab during the dates when the class is in session. If an undergraduate student needs access to the building outside of those times, a faculty or staff sponsor is asked to submit a 24/7 access request on their behalf at After Hours Doors Access Request.

ITS Recruitment Technology works with college personnel and university ASEM to maintain, manage, and provide support for constituent relationship management.
