Executive Education Programs Designed to Fulfill Training Needs
Unlu presents his program for non-financial professionals
University of Nebraska–Lincoln Executive Education offers four certificate programs this spring and four Power Lunches in May and June. Led by College of Business Administration faculty members, the programs are designed to help professionals fulfill their training needs with a short time commitment.
 
“As business professionals advance in their careers, they need additional skills to deal with their new challenges. The commonality across all of our programs is a highly interactive and practical learning environment. Certificate program participants find our learning environment engaging and directly relevant to their daily tasks,” said Dr. Emre Unlu, executive director of executive education.

Certificate Programs:
Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Professionals
March 29-31, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Wilderness Ridge Golf Club, 1800 Wilderness Woods Place, Lincoln, Nebraska
This three-day certificate program enables you to improve your understanding of key finance and accounting concepts and their business implications, learn to analyze financial statements for strategic decision-making and understand finance and accounting best practices.
 
Leadership Excellence 
May 10-12, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Nebraska Innovation Campus, 2021 Transformation Drive, Lincoln
This engaging three-day program equips managers in leadership positions, or those seeking greater leadership roles, with key skills and tools to effectively lead and manage in today’s environment. Participants will learn adaptive leadership tools, how to use positive leadership and psychological capital to develop strong teams, and the importance of stakeholder buy-in for creating change.
 
Power Lunches:
