In conjunction with the five centers for economic education the Nebraska Council on Economic Education proudly offers several post-graduate summer courses.
Special topics include Money and the Federal Reserve, the Economics of Sports, Money and Banking, Economics and Children's Literature. Introductory courses on how to better incorporate Economics into your classroom curriculum are also available.
In these courses, you will learn how to integrate the principles and concepts of economics needed to structure and develop lesson plans suitable for any endorsement area. For the more innovative type, we offer classes on entrepreneurship and the principles and concepts needed to structure and develop a successful business in today’s economy.
In these classes your tasks will range from creating an educational unit to establishing your own entrepreneurial venture. Tuition reimbursement may be available for those who qualify.
