Arts Entrepreneurship Day 2008 will be coming in the Fall. Please check back for updates and more information.
Many students do not study business while in college either because it does not fit in their required coursework or because they do not recognize entrepreneurship as a career option. However, many of these students go on to start their own businesses. To reach these students, the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship has joined with UNL colleges to create Entrepreneurship Days.
E-Days are day-long events that give students an overview of what it takes to start a business in their field. Possible topics include financing, marketing, licensing, liability, and business conceptualization. Participants also learn some of the resources available through the College of Business Administration and the Center for Entrepreneurship.
This year, E-Days will be hosted by the College of Fine and Performing Arts, the College of Engineering (Coming Soon), and the College of Architecture (Coming Soon).
