Who is eligible?

To be eligible an undergraduate student must: a) be enrolled in school at the time of application b) submit proof of 12 (or the equivalent) hours of credit earned in the 12 months prior to application c) be a business owner (with or without partners) who has primary responsibility for the management and operations of the for-profit business (not-for-profit businesses are not eligible).

To apply to the Northern Region Student Entrepreneur Award competition, you must be a student at a college or university in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, or Alaska. Students in other states or countries should check the Global Student Entrepreneur Award website for other competitions: http://www.gsea.org.
