Mission:

Promote collaboration and innovation between UNL and IBM on Power Systems academic training and research initiatives

Visions:

• Serve as a world-wide hub for IBM Power Systems curricula and course modules development
• Expose, inform, and educate business executives and managers on IBM Power Systems and related technologies
• Collaborate and cooperate with IBM, IBM partners, and other universities to design and disseminate IBM Power Systems related course modules and materials

Goals and Objectives:

• Design and implement academic curricula to inform and educate UNL students on IBM Power Systems and related technologies
• Enhance the career opportunities of UNL students by providing them with the necessary skills for employment with IBM, IBM's clients, and other organizations
• Promote female interest and participation in information technology programs
• Collaborate on research that is of mutual interest and benefits to UNL and IBM
