The CBA Help Desk has Moved
The CBA Help Desk has moved to CBA 119. Our new location is more visible and will allow us to serve students better. Support requests can be made by: Online Service Request Form phone (402) 472-5215 stopping by the Help Desk in Room 119 Our Online Request Form is the best and quickest way to get help because your request is added directly to our service request database, which is monitored by all of the IT Services staff members.

IT Services Team Release Results of Customer Satisfaction Survey
A total of 71 people participated in the CBA IT Services customer satisfaction survey. The results have now been posted on our web site. Topics such as data storage, mobile device usage and security software issues are all included in the results.

Computer Labs and Classroom PCs Upgrade
Starting with the Fall 2010 semester, Windows 7 and Office 2010 will be installed on all computer lab and classroom PCs in CBA.

21st Annual Robert Mittelstaedt Doctoral Symposium
The Robert Mittelstaedt Marketing Doctoral Symposium, modeled after the Haring Symposium held annually at Indiana University, invites participant schools to send doctoral students and faculty to Lincoln for a two-day Symposium emphasizing dissertation research by doctoral students. Participant schools include University of Arkansas, University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign, University of Colorado, University of Iowa, Iowa State University, University of Kansas, Kansas State University, University of Michigan, University of Missouri, University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, University of Oregon, Texas Tech University, University of Utah, University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Washington State University and University of Wisconsin-Madison. This event is sponsored by the Marketing Department and College of Business Administration.

The goal of IT Services at the UNL College of Business is to put the technology that you need into your hands. Our intent is to support students, faculty, and staff so that technology tools are always available to help you succeed. We are a technology team, each with different strengths and responsibilities, from our full-time folks to our part-time student technicians. We ALL contribute to the IT Services mission!

What We Do

The College of Business Administration IT Services Team designs, builds, maintains, and supports information technology tools for the College and University as well as provides user and instructional support for those tools. So, whether you need software installed, a projector bulb replaced, network data restored, website hosting, or an e-commerce-driven conference registration system & technical support for your conference, contact us -- we can help you.
