If your unit has a new hire please fill out the New User form to ensure prompt access to required services.

Depending on the current ITS workload and the complexity of your request, it may take 2-3 days to create a new network account, 5-6 days to create a new Office 365 Email and Lync account, and up to 15 days to set up new computer equipment.
