Procedures

Instructors wishing to make use of the CBA Testing Center should familiarize themselves with the testing center policies, and complete the appropriate forms. For more information or assistance, please contact cbaproctor@unl.edu or 472-7010.

  • Testing Center Policies Document
All instructors using the testing center should make themselves familiar with these policies before using the testing center.

  • Request for Exam Services
All instructors who plan on using the testing center need to complete this Request for Exam Services form. This form provides us with instructor contact information and information about the exam(s) that students will be taking. This form needs to be completed for both make-up exams for individual students and semester-based exams for online courses.

  • Request for Exam Changes
If an Exam Request has already been submitted and approved, changes must be submitted using this Request for Change form. Changes will be evaluated and approval will be based on other exams previously scheduled.
