Dr. Theresa M. Welbourne is the FirsTier Banks Distinguished Professor of Business at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She also is the founder, president, and CEO of eePulse, Inc. (www.eepulse.com), a human capital technology and consulting firm. Dr. Welbourne’s expertise is focused on the dynamics of high growth and high change organizations, examining the culture and processes necessary for continuous growth. Dr. Welbourne’s research and work have been featured in popular publications such as Inc. Magazine, Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Business Week, New York Times, and Entrepreneur Magazine and published in books and in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Organization Behavior, Journal of Applied Psychology and more.
