Professor David Rosenbaum, economics, was selected as the 2008 Nebraska Carnegie Professor of the Year. According to Anthony S. Bryk, president of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, "We honor the U.S. Professor of the Year award winners for innovative approaches to their profession, contributions to the filed and their demonstrating passion for teaching and commitment to student learning."
