Career Services Collaboration

Career Services and CBA work together to provide information on business careers and assistance with student jobs, internships and full-time employment. In addition to the career counselors in Career Services (230 NU), CBA undergraduate and graduate students have the benefit of career-related assistance from the Career Coaches at CBA.

Career Coaches

The CBA Career Coaches help students make educated major and career decisions, develop life-long job search and professional skills, and connect to internships and full-time employment. Our individualized coaching will support you throughout your academic career, so that you can design and direct your professional success and enjoy a lifetime of career satisfaction. The CBA Career Coaches can assist you with:

  • Choosing a CBA major, minor or business career
  • Writing a résumé or cover letter
  • Interviewing
  • Finding an internship or job
  • Negotiating salary and benefits
  • Handling multiple offers
  • Applying to graduate school

Bayer CropScience development program participants will work in a variety of marketing and sales initiatives, including taking active roles in the sales process within the field and managing product portfolios in operational marketing functions. Furthermore they will have flexible and strategic project assignments in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
