Hi, my name is Melissa Gattis and I am a Management major with an emphasis in Human Resources. I am originally from Greeley, Colorado and graduated from Greeley West High School in 2006. On campus I am involved in my sorority, ASUN (Student Government), Cather Circle, and Rotaract among other activities. My time at UNL has been phenomenal and I have learned so much both inside and out of the classroom. Coming from Colorado, people always ask "Why Nebraska?" and my answer to them is, the people. When I first moved to Lincoln, I didn't know anyone in the state of Nebraska let alone at UNL, however it wasn't long until I couldn't walk across campus without seeing someone I knew. This past fall, I was honored by a selection for the Homecoming Royalty Court, it was the definite highlight of my college career and I never would have predicted it when I was a freshman. I have met so many incredible people and had some awesome networking opportunities during my time in Lincoln. You can get a degree anywhere, but truly there is no place like Nebraska, so much unity and pride stand behind that Big Red N, you have to experience it for yourself!

Hello! I'm Sarah Santos from Boerne, Texas. I'm a Senior International Business and Finance Major. One more semester and I graduate!!!. I am going to miss UNL though. I love how everyone is so welcoming and friendly. This is one of the reasons why I chose UNL in the first place. After visiting the campus, I knew it was the place for me. At college, I'm the Vice President of the Academy of National Hispanic Scholars, Intramural Chair on the Newman Center Advisory Board, and I lead a Bible study for the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. I've had a great four years here! Some of my highlights include winning my second All-University Women's Softball championship, the amazing discussions I've had at Bible study, and winning the Homecoming Karaoke Contest in the Residence Hall division.

Hello! I am Misaki Tsuchiyama, Sr, Marketing major with Dance, Economics, and Textiles minors. I am originally from Osaka, Japan. I moved to Fremont, NE when I was 17 yrs old, and I graduated from Fremont Sr High School. I enjoy involvement in school activities such as University Program Council, Student Dance Project, and CBA Student Ambassador. I also took the opportunity to work for Disney world, FL, as a member of Disney College Program. I met guests from all over the world at the "it's a small world." I love UNL because there are so many opportunities you can be excited. Also UNL has a friendly atmosphere and the valuable resources for students. My highlight of college was Oxford Study Abroad Program. It was great experience for me to see different cultures. Also it is always great to watch the game in stadium and be a part of Husker nation.

I am an Accounting and Finance major from Lincoln, Nebraska. Coming from a mid-size school, I decided to attend UNL because I knew I would experience a large school within CBA's small school atmosphere. Along with CBA Ambassadors, I am involved in Beta Theta Pi, Husker Choices, and the Honor's Program. Growing up going to Husker football games, I must say that nothing compares to being an actual student in Memorial Stadium on Saturday's. With special classroom experiences, studying abroad, numerous organizations and much more, this University has given me the opportunity to not only grow as a student but also develop personal skills in preparation for the business world.

Hi! My name is Megan Kolarik and I’m from Bellevue, Nebraska. I graduated high school from Bellevue East in 2007 with 326 other students. I’m now a junior at UNL and am currently an Economics major, though it may be changing to International Business soon. That’s one of the great things about the College of Business Administration, it is very accommodating to people like me who haven’t quite made up their mind yet! Along with being a CBA Ambassador, I am in the Honors Program and two honors fraternities, Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Lambda Delta. I also play in a girl’s intramural soccer league through the Campus Recreational Center on campus. I love UNL for its beautiful campus, interesting classes, and all of the great experiences I've had since the beginning of my freshman year. The highlight of these experiences was this past summer when I had the chance to travel to Europe and spend a month studying at Oxford University. It was definitely the time of my life! I chose to attend the University of Nebraska at Lincoln for a couple of reasons. First, its location was the perfect distance from my home. Second, I thought UNL’s size was a great fit, not too big and not too small. And third, I was awarded the Regent’s Scholarship, which was a great opportunity for me. Hope to see you around campus soon!

Hello! My name is Bricelyn Jones and I am a junior business administration major with a minor in marketing. I'm from a small town in Western Nebraska called Oshkosh where I graduated from Garden County High School in 2007. Aside from being an ambassador for the College of Business Administration, I am the Vice President of Career Development for the American Marketing Association, a member of Cather Circle and the marketing liaison for the Environmental Resource Center. I also stay busy interning at a local organic certification agency where I have been able to contribute to a variety of exciting projects including a documentary surrounding organic agriculture. This summer I plan to study abroad in Italy through the CIMBA program. I'm so grateful for the opportunities, experiences and relationships I've been exposed to while at UNL, and I feel there really is no better place than Nebraska to begin your college career!

My name is Ryan Lynch and I am a junior actuarial science major from Eagan, MN. Aside from being an ambassador, I am also involved in the Actuarial Science Club and play a variety of intramural sports. I love the atmosphere at UNL on campus and especially on Husker game days. The highlights of my college career include storming the court against Oregon at the Qwest Center in Omaha and being in attendance for the 300th consecutive Husker football sellout. I chose UNL because I felt so warmly welcomed by the ambassadors and everyone involved in the Red Letter Day that I attended, which is why I, in turn, decided to become an ambassador here.

My name is Donna Kracht and I am from Flemington, New Jersey. I am currently a senior, Actuarial Science major and my anticipated graduation date is May 2010. My mom is a UNL Alum and my dad grew up in Nebraska, as the oldest of 3 girls I decided to consider UNL during my college search. As soon as I stepped onto the UNL City Campus, I knew this was the right school for me, even though it was halfway across the country. The professors, advisors, administrators, and students were all very friendly and helpful during my first visit to UNL and they made it feel like home for me. I love UNL not only because of the people, but also because of the opportunities that they provide to us as students. Those opportunities range from the hundreds of clubs that are available to participate in, including the Actuarial Science Club, of which I am a current member, to Career Services, which holds career fairs during the school year and can help you find a job, whether you need something part-time that’s located on campus or if you are looking for something full-time for after graduation. UNL provides a full college experience to its students, especially with the Husker football games, which were definitely the highlight of my college career so far! There is nothing like being part of the “Sea of Red” or letting go of one of the hundreds of red balloons after the first touchdown of the game! I can tell you that there is no place like UNL and I am so proud to be a Husker! GO BIG RED!

I am Connie Kangjie Hao from Anhui, China. I am a graduate student and major in Actuarial Science. I graduated from China Textile University. I am a Culture Ambassador, a member of actuarial science club and SIFE. There are many things that attract me in UNL. Beautiful campus, access to various facilities, resources and opportunities, great friends from all over the world, nice professors, and many great student organizations that help me to grow both personally and professionally. I choose UNL because of the relatively safe environment, low tuition, and excellent actuarial program. The high light of my college career is to become a CBA Student Ambassador and help with CBA recruiting activities.

My name is Patrick Rainey. I am a fourth-year senior finance and business management student. I was born in Charleston, South Carolina, but have lived in Omaha most of my life. I graduated from Omaha Bryan High School in 2006. I chose to come to UNL because I wanted to attend a larger school that could give me a lot of networking opportunities. I have been lucky to be apart of many organizations on campus and have met many of my closest friends through these organizations. I am a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and I work at Wells Fargo Bank. I've been a part of summer scholarship programs, and was an instructional assistant for the freshman leadership class. The highlight of my college career has been joining my fraternity and forming bonds that I will take with for the rest of my life.

Hi! My name is Megan Boice and I am a junior Finance major with a minor in Computer Science. I went to Skutt Catholic High School just 45 minutes away in Omaha, Nebraska. As a high school student, I NEVER wanted to stay in Nebraska. I changed my mind senior year when I visited UNL and fell in love with campus, the opportunities, and most of all the people. Along with being an ambassador, I am involved with my sorority, Chi Omega, the business group Phi Beta Lambda (college version of FBLA), Husker Choices. I am also an Instructional Assistant for BSAD 101, a Teammates Mentor, a Friendship Home volunteer, and a member of the Raikes School. The best part of my college career has been the multiple opportunities to meet new people! I love walking across a campus with so many students but feeling right at home. It sounds weird, but I don't want college to end!

Hello! I am Elizabeth Porath and am a junior accounting major here at UNL. I am from Eagle, Nebraska and graduated from Waverly. I'm planning to graduate in 4 years and get my masters degree in a 5th year. Here at UNL I'm involved in the Cornhusker Marching Band, Honors Program, CBA Ambassadors, instructional assistant for BSAD 101 (Freshman Business Leadership Class), and have done a few different intramural sports along the way. It's great that there are so many different ways to be involved here. The highlight of my time here has been being in the Marching Band and attending all the home football games and marching in Memorial Stadium! Even though I didn't plan on going to school so close to home I'm glad I did! There are a lot of opportunities available to me here at UNL and CBA that wouldn't have been available to me at a smaller school and I'm proud to be a Husker!

Hello everyone! My name is Rachel Manning, and I am from the small town of Exeter, Nebraska. I am majoring in Accounting with minors in Finance and Communications. Hi my name is Emily Koopmann, I'm a Marketing and Economics major from Raymond, NE. Other activities that I'm involved in on campus include the Honors Program, the Greek system, and NHRI. The highlight of my college career has been completing my freshman year in good fashion. The best part of UNL is the Husker spirit and the strong sense of community, which is why I chose to come here.

My name is Kaitlin Thompson and I am a Junior Business Administration and Family Science Major. I plan to get my masters in the Student Affairs program here at UNL. I am currently the President of Undergraduate Women in Business and work as an intern at UNL in Career Services. This year in November I was matched in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program with a little girl named Sarah. As a freshman I absolutely loved living in the dorms and since then I have been a Resident Assistant in Abel Hall. I love the sense of community and the friends I have made while living in the residence hall. My favorite thing about UNL is the husker spirit on game days and the sea of red! I choose UNL because of the tradition the UNL campus has, and the sense of belonging I felt the first time I visited.

My name is Jamie Dick and I am a marketing major and finance minor from Aurora, NE. I am involved in the College of Business Student Advisory Board Exec Team, ASUN Student Government, Cather Circle, and Gamma Phi Beta sorority. I absolutely love the University of Nebraska-Lincoln! There is always someone new to meet and there are tremendous leadership and career development opportunities here. It is hard to pick one thing as the highlight of my college career. Being able to study abroad for a semester in Syndey, Australia was an incredible experience! At the University, I have had the opportunity to teach my own recitation class and take on tremendous leadership roles like coordinating CBA's annual Holiday Mixer and CBA's Student Organization Fair. In Spring 2009, I was honored to be the recipient of the 2009 Nebraska Business Hall of Fame scholarship from the NE Chamber of Commerce, because of the strong leadership I was able to exemplify through the University. I ultimately chose UNL because I wanted to be a Husker! The networking, leadership, and career development opportunities are unmatched to other Universities!

Hi everyone! My name is Celestine Gan. I transferred from Malaysia and I am currently a senior Finance & Management (MIS) major student. Along with my activities as a CBA Student Ambassador, I am also a member in the University Malaysian Student Association. I chose to study in UNL because Nebraska has a good study environment, as well as it has the low crime rate, which I don't have worry so much about my safety. I enjoy my life study at UNL. Get involved and stay involved, student life is wonderful.

Welcome to UNL! My name is Jenna Alber and I’m from Blue Hill, Nebraska. I’m a junior business administration major with minors in communications and community & regional planning. Growing up a Husker, UNL was always my first choice for college and now that I’m getting closer to graduating I can’t imagine being anywhere else! Campus is always an exciting place to be and the city of Lincoln has so much to offer. The College of Business Administration has also been a great fit for me. As a freshman I had no idea what I wanted to do, but thanks to the wide variety of classes offered at UNL and the support from faculty and career advisors, I’ve created the degree that’s perfect for me! I’ve had so many opportunities her at UNL to explore my interests and get involved with student organizations that will help prepare me for my future career. During the spring semester of my sophomore year I studied in Paderno Del Grappa, Italy, at CIMBA University and traveled throughout Europe. I learned valuable information in and out of the classroom, while expanding my knowledge of international issues and gaining intercultural experience. My travels taught me a lot about the world and myself. I’m so thankful for my experiences here at UNL, they will stay with me forever. THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE NEBRASKA!
