Jennifer Bernard is a doctoral student of economics at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. She received her bachelor’s in economics from California State University, Fresno. Bernard’s research interests include public policy analysis, applied microeconomics, and applied econometrics.
Bernard has previously served in the US Army, interned for the California State Assembly, and worked in institutional research at CSU-Fresno. She has received numerous academic awards and honors including the Charles McCall Award for Best Undergraduate Paper, Wells Fargo award for Excellence in Economics, and more. She is currently the Othmer Fellow at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
