Shilpa has over seven years of experience in the IT industry across various roles, such as Programmer/Business Analyst, and Team Lead. She changed directions to business and earned her MBA from Oklahoma State University. After starting her Ph.D journey in Marketing at Syracuse University she transferred to UNL in 2016 to stay close to her family. Her research interests are in B2B / marketing strategy and social media. She is interested in using analytics, data/text mining, and econometrics to examine Marketing questions.
